Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hash browns
1/2 cup butter
1 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced onion
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Defrost potatoes, melt butter, and mix together all ingredients.
2. Bake at 350 Degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
