Good Old Fashioned Peach Butter

5 lbs peaches
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger

Pit peaches, run them through a food processor, and put them in a stock pot.  Add sugar, cinnamon, and ginger.  Cook until thickened, put in hot, sterilized jars, add lids and rings.
