Hash Brown Casserole

2 lbs. frozen hash browns

½ cup melted butter

1 can cream chicken soup

1 pint sour cream

½ cup chopped onion

2 cups grated cheddar

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

2 cups crushed cornflakes

¼ cup butter

Defrost Hash browns

Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with has browns.

Put all in a 3 quart casserole.

Sauté cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top.

Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
