Hershey Bar Frosting

1 1/2 cream cheese (12 ounces) at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 large (16 oz) cool whip (frozen)
6 Hershery bars chopped fine

Blend above with mixer and spread onto cooled cake. (I make a chocolate cake for this.)

1 1/2 bars hershey bar shaved
Sprinkle on top of frosting and down sides.

Refigerate so that the frosting will set.
