1 gal. apple cider
2 teaspoons whole cloves
2 teaspoons whole allspice
2 cinnamon sticks
2/3 cup sugar
red hot cinnamon candy
whipped cream
Mix cider, spices, and sugar together and heat to boiling; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Strain. Pour over red hots into each cup and top with whipped cream.
